Over 8+ years, I’ve supported large user bases across Windows, macOS, and Linux—owning onboarding/offboarding, executive support, and daily incident/request handling through ITSM platforms. My focus is keeping people productive and systems secure across healthcare and high-stakes operations.

I work across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), endpoint management with Intune and basic JAMF, identity with Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls). I document thoroughly, automate where it helps (PowerShell, Bash, Python), and collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to deliver long-term stable solutions—not temporary fixes.
